Lighthouse Charity's Free 24/7 Support provides free, confidential wellbeing support to construction workers and their families. Its three main areas are emotional, physical and financial wellbeing. People can receive a listening service, advice, signposting and more intensive caseworker support for complex issues. The service covers subjects including mental health, loneliness, bereavement, suicidal thoughts, addiction, physical health, finances, debt, benefits and legal advice.
