NHS Diabetes Education and Self Management (Desmond) Information
Specialist NHS services for people with diabetes and endocrine conditions, including diabetes clinics, insulin pump support, diabetes foot care, antenatal and pre-conception diabetes care, adolescent diabetes and endocrinology clinics for conditions such as thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, PCOS and metabolic bone disorders. The service also provides structured diabetes education, dietary support and help with self-management.
