Singing for Breathing George Eliot Hospital (GEH)

Singing for Breathing is a free group workshop for people experiencing breathlessness, particularly those with COPD, asthma and heart problems. The sessions use singing and breathing exercises to help participants develop better breath control and manage breathlessness, while also providing social and wellbeing benefits through group participation. The workshops are run by the hospital's Respiratory Service and take place fortnightly, 1:30pm–2:30pm in the hospital chapel. No advance booking is required.
