Nuneaton and Bedworth PCN Walk & Talk

A social walking group where participants take a gentle walk together and have an opportunity to chat and socialise, with a hot drink and biscuit afterwards. The group takes place at Bedworth Miners Park and Riversley Park, Nuneaton, on alternate Thursdays. Referral is required through the PCN Social Prescribing team – patients should ask a member of their GP practice team to send a referral to the Social Prescribing team
