Coffee Morning: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am–11.30am. Luncheon Club: Thursdays at 12 noon (aimed particularly at older people; summer dates may vary). Sing Your Heart Out: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, approximately 1.30pm–3pm. Tea Dance: Usually the 2nd Friday of the month, 2pm–4pm. Move It or Lose It: Fridays, 10am–11am.
