Support Through Court
Free
Free practical and emotional support for people attending civil or family court without a lawyer. Volunteers can explain court procedures, help with forms and paperwork, prepare for hearings, and provide support before, during and after court. They do not provide legal advice or legal representation. A free service helping people who are representing themselves in family and civil court to understand the process, prepare for hearings and feel supported through what can be a stressful experience.
