Support for people aged 16+ with learning disabilities or autism, including one-to-one support, wellbeing and community workshops, drop-in advice, travel training, employment support and volunteering opportunities. Support can include daily living skills, health and wellbeing, accessing services, budgeting and community participation. A Warwickshire-wide service helping people with learning disabilities and autism to improve wellbeing, develop independence, build confidence, access their community and achieve personal goals through one-to-one support, workshops and community navigation.
