Warwickshire County Council’s SEND social care service provides assessment, practical support, short breaks, respite, home care and family/carer support for children and young people with disabilities and their families. Social care support for children and young people aged 0–25 with SEND, including family support, social work, home care, equipment and housing adaptations, overnight respite/short breaks, transport, volunteers and direct payments. Support is based on an assessment of the child or young person’s needs.
