Individual Support Solutions
Person-centred support for adults aged 18+ with a learning disability, physical disability and/or autism. Services include supported living, day activities and community support, helping people with daily living, personal care, health needs, budgeting, accessing the community, developing skills, education and work experience. A local care and support provider helping adults with disabilities and autism to live more independently, develop skills and participate in their local community.
