Sycamore Counselling

Sycamore Counselling Service is a local charitable counselling service providing confidential and professional counselling to adults, children, young people and couples. It supports people experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, family problems, panic attacks and low self-esteem. The service aims to make counselling accessible by keeping costs as low as possible and operates a structured donation system based on an individual's ability to pay. It provides an initial assessment before allocating clients to an appropriate counsellor.
