Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS)
Free
Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (UKSOBS) provides peer-led support to adults who have lost someone to suicide. The organisation creates safe and confidential spaces where people can talk about their experiences, feelings and grief with others who have experienced a similar loss. Support includes face-to-face and virtual peer support groups, a national support line, email support and an online community forum. The service is peer-led rather than counselling-based, with many volunteers and group facilitators having their own lived experience of suicide bereavement.
