RISE (CAMHS)
Free
Rise is a comprehensive, family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health support for children and young people. The service bridges the gap between early school-based emotional distress and severe clinical psychiatric crises. The service brings together various specialist mental health teams under one unified referral umbrella. This includes primary mental health teams, dedicated eating disorder clinicians, and specialized support for looked-after children. A major component of Rise is its Neurodevelopmental Service, which coordinates autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments for preschool and school-aged children. For immediate or urgent safety concerns, they run a Crisis and Home Treatment Team. Rise operates on a "no wrong door" model, using a centralized Navigation Hub to route young people to the right tier of clinical or community care based on their specific needs.
