Street Link
Free
StreetLink is a centralized digital alerting platform operated by leading national homelessness charities with government support. It does not manage accommodation, provide direct financial aid, or employ its own field teams. Instead, it functions as a critical connection mechanism to end rough sleeping. When a member of the public or a rough sleeper submits a localized alert via the website, StreetLink processes the geographical data and immediately forwards it to the specific local authority or charity outreach workers (such as St Mungo's or local council teams) responsible for that area. Field teams then conduct targeted night and morning sweeps to locate the individual, assess their immediate welfare needs, and connect them directly to local emergency shelters, hostels, or medical care.
