P3 Charity (People, Potential, Possibilities) is a major national social exclusion charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals, young people, and families to become connected members of their communities. The organization works holistically to address both immediate housing emergencies and the complex underlying root causes of social isolation. Through their multi-agency approach, P3 provides safe, managed accommodation for those facing immediate homelessness while simultaneously deploying mobile floating support teams. These teams visit people in their own homes to help them build independent life skills, manage personal budgets, handle utility debts, protect their mental health, and access external specialized services to create permanent, positive lifestyle changes.
