Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC ) Homes

Free

NBBC Homes is the primary system used by Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to advertise and distribute social housing, affordable rent properties, and shared ownership homes. Rather than traditional waiting lists, it operates on a choice-based system where available properties from both the council and partner housing associations (such as Orbit, Bromford, and Platform Housing) are advertised daily for a seven-day bidding cycle. To register an account, residents must complete an interactive Housing Options Wizard, which assesses their specific circumstances and guides them to appropriate housing paths. Furthermore, the service integrates homelessness prevention, offering explicit advice, support, and out-of-hours emergency links to assist local individuals who are at immediate risk of losing their homes.
