Executive Leadership & Operations: This tier handles the strategic growth of the foundation—working directly with high-net-worth individuals, corporate donors, and local government to secure new, multi-million-pound endowments for the region. The Board of Trustees: Operating as voluntary overseers, the trustees ensure strict legal compliance, financial auditing, and that all distributed funds align with the core mission of reducing regional inequality and poverty.
