Rather than acting strictly as a traditional localized advice clinic, Turn2us operates as a major digital powerhouse that helps individuals build their financial resilience through three core systems: The Turn2us Benefits Calculator: A highly accurate, free, and completely anonymous digital tool that allows users to input their living situation and instantly see exactly what statutory welfare benefits, housing top-ups, and tax credits they are legally entitled to claim. The Turn2us Grants Search: A massive, searchable national database containing over 1,400 non-repayable grants, benevolent funds, and corporate trusts. Users filter by their background, previous occupations, location, or health conditions to find charities that will give them free emergency cash or "gifts in kind" (like white goods or clothing). The PIP Helper & Direct Funds: A dedicated step-by-step guidance tool designed to help disabled claimants manage every stage of their Personal Independence Payment (PIP) application. Alongside this, Turn2us manages a handful of their own specialized financial relief programs (such as the Edinburgh Trust and crisis resilience funds) through a network of local partner agencies.
