Coventry and Warwickshire Kidney Patients’ Association is a support group for renal patients and families in the Coventry and Warwickshire area: pre-dialysis, dialysis, and transplant. We hold regular events for our patients, raise funds to improve their lives and promote kidney disease awareness. Renal patients attending George Eliot, Rugby, Stratford, Heathcote, Warwick, Clay Lane, and University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire are all part of Coventry & Warwickshire Kidney Patients’ Association.
