The MS Society Local Groups are community-based hubs run by dedicated local volunteers under the umbrella of the national Multiple Sclerosis Society UK. Instead of acting as a clinic that provides medical treatments, these groups focus on well-being and community care. They organise a variety of localised services, which often include accessible social events, peer support groups, virtual catch-ups, specialized physio-led exercise sessions (like seated yoga or Pilates), and grant administration to help members live well with MS.
