The Parenting Project is a progressive, independent UK registered charity dedicated to improving the life outcomes of children by heavily investing in family mental health and emotional resilience. Professional Counselling: A highly structured mental health provision offering parents long-term (up to 18 weeks) professional therapy to help them overcome personal trauma, anxiety, and stress so they can co-parent effectively. Parent Mentoring: Training and deploying dedicated volunteer mentors who go directly into family homes for 2–3 hours a week, offering non-judgmental guidance, routine building, and emotional support to struggling parents. School-Based Support: Partnering directly with local schools to deliver therapeutic groups for children, covering Lego therapy, friendship building, and emotional regulation techniques.
