Run by experienced facilitators, these sessions offer: A safe space to connect with others in similar situations. Expert advice on topics such as self-care, symptom management, diet, exercise, and sleep. Opportunities to chat about non-cancer-related topics like holidays or favourite films for a sense of normalcy.
