Warwickshire Community Food Fleet (Meals on Wheels service) is a countywide home-delivered hot meals service providing nutritious meals, wellbeing checks, and daily contact for older and vulnerable people who are unable to cook for themselves, helping them maintain independence and remain safely living at home. The service delivers meals 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with trained drivers providing a friendly visit and informal safety check at each delivery.
