A multi-agency dementia support centre and community hub offering daytime activities, information, advice, social space, and coordinated services for people living with dementia and their carers in Coventry. It brings together NHS services, Coventry City Council, charities (including Alzheimer’s Society and Carers Trust), and voluntary organisations to provide joined-up dementia support, ranging from practical help to social engagement and emotional wellbeing support. The hub acts as a central “one-stop” dementia support environment, combining drop-in advice, structured day services, outreach support, and community-based activities such as cafés, activity groups, and specialist sessions delivered by partner organisations.
