Post Diagnosis Support Group

A peer-led dementia support group for people who have recently received a dementia diagnosis and their carers/family members. It provides a safe and supportive environment where individuals can meet others in similar situations, share experiences, and receive emotional reassurance, practical advice, and information about living well after diagnosis. The group is designed to help people adjust to diagnosis, reduce anxiety, and build confidence in managing day-to-day life with dementia.
