Alzheimer’s Society – Dementia Connect Coventry (regional service) is a personalised dementia support and navigation service for people living with dementia, their carers, families, and friends in Coventry and surrounding areas. It provides tailored emotional, practical, and informational support through dementia advisers who help people understand dementia, manage daily challenges, and connect to local health, social care, and community services. The service acts as a single point of contact and ongoing support pathway, offering phone-based and face-to-face guidance, regular check-ins, and help accessing wider dementia services, including peer support groups, financial advice, care planning, and wellbeing services.
