Dementia Adventure

Friends and Family Training (Dementia Adventure) is a free online education and support programme for unpaid carers, family members, and friends of people living with dementia. It provides practical guidance, emotional reassurance, and skills-based learning to help people better understand dementia and feel more confident in their caring role, with a strong focus on improving wellbeing for both the person with dementia and their supporters. The training is delivered through structured online sessions led by dementia specialists and is designed to help carers rethink dementia in a more positive, person-centred way, including how to support engagement, communication, and quality of life.
